Tracey began as an assistant to the Building Official for city government handling many types of permits in 2002. Tracey then became a permit manager at a sign company in January of 2005. This experience provided Tracey with the knowledge of all permitting operations, government infrastructure and navigating the planning process as it is related to regulating each community through the process of requiring permits for construction. Over the course of this time she received extensive permits experience related to the sign industry. In turn, Tracey gained the confidence and knowledge to become a successful permits manager. Tracey started Expedite The Diehl in December of 2007 as a result of her personal experience with the permit process and

Tracey herself continues to process permits and manage the daily operations of ETD.
